Thomas Cages - Accessory Cages

Photographic Cages
Designed by Gerald Binks in 1982/83, when founder of the Budgerigar World Magazine, these photo cages are much in demand especially by the serious exhibitor and Computer literate fanciers who wish to send photographs of their quality stock to others at home and abroad. With the increase of digital photography this makes matters easier still and of course "the cage bars" do not obstruct the final photograph.
Made with various matt coloured backgrounds to suit differing varieties, only one perch is provided and the cage front has a partial door to assist keeping the bird fooled into thinking it is still confined while the pictures are taken.
The photographic cage has been updated for 2006

Here at Thomas Cages we've developed a unique idea for the photographic cages we manufacture.
You may notice from the photo that the new style photographic cage includes a T perch, now the idea of a T perch is not new but the T perch in this cage is different, it has a wide angle of vertical rotation via a lever located at the bottom left hand side of the front of the cage. This enables you to get the bird settled on the perch then using the lever at the front of the cage you can position the bird at the desired angle for your photograph.
